I don't even think he works at this point. He did not show up to his own appointment that i took my family member to. I get things come up, but there was absolutely no notice sent our way. And to top it off, his next appointment isn't until November? Don't even bother working at this point. Unprofessional and unreliable!!
Dr Lei is very easy to talk to and explains things well. I definitely recommend him!
I have been going to Dr. Gong for years and I'm so lucky to have a Dr that cares and helps me to figure out the problems that I have had in the past and present. He is an excellent Dr and I'm so glad I found him. Also I would like to thank Dr. Laura for all the times she has helped me and the staff.
I got a scan done on my lower back few days ago and the doctors never called me back on my report very bad customer service
You all are wonderful people!!!!
