Privides excellent care and service! Dr. Gong found that I had a serious condition and sent me to a specialist. We found I had cancer. Thanks to him, I got early treatment and extended quality care! Thank you Dr. Gong.
Office staff is horrible. Had to pay over $400 for a prescription because a staff member couldn't send a simple fax. On two separate occasions, my mother had an appointment and had a date card to prove it but SOMEHOW the date never entered the computer. And they stand around and place food orders while you wait for assistance and if you say ANYTHING about the lack of professionalism they get defensive. If you stink at what you do and you don't care, just own up to it. Contacted the state and filed a complaint.
