We stopped by here to replace the battery on my wristwatch during our roadtrip. We're grateful for Alex for replacing the battery & Luana for recommending us places to check out including Pu'ukohola Heiau, which we visited hours before our flight. Very friendly, excellent service & situated in a convenient location!

Aloha, I am so pleased with the outstanding customer service that I received from the jeweler today. I live in Washington and called in for a special order I made recently and she immediately took my call as a priority and even though I did not need a call back today she made it a point to get back to me as soon as possible.
