Ken & Kimberly were exceptional to work with. We recently had our gas fireplace finally go out of commission (it had been in the home for 30 years) and we were trying to figure out the best option to go with that wouldn't require a ton of work to reshape the facing. Ken stopped by and did measurements and immediately knew a model that would be a perfect fit for a swap out - the new fireplace would be slightly smaller but metalwork could be done to fill the gap. Wow. Their commercials really suck. They suck all the positive energy out of me in the morning. What should I do about it? I will never use or recommend this company. The negative feelings from their advertising leaves me drained. I have called them multiple times and left messages for them to call me back. They have never called back. I'd be worried working with Leher would do the leave the same sucky feelings that their commercial advertising does to me each morning.
