only 2 stars because they made it more difficult to see an agent in person. I am deaf and prefer to talk face to face when I need to make changes to my policy. They closed the office in Ukiah and now the closest is in Windsor, an extra half hour away so now it takes me 1 1/2 hours to get there.
Responsive and excellent customer service. They were able to help me figure out what discounts were available to me for insuring my first car, and took the time to walk me through the process.
Well it took 2 months to get my car fixed or repaired Because someone dropped the ball I ended up renting a car that cost 💲 538. And had to return it after 2 weeks and they hadn't even started on my car This was my first accident in 52 years with all state
