only 2 stars because they made it more difficult to see an agent in person. I am deaf and prefer to talk face to face when I need to make changes to my policy. They closed the office in Ukiah and now the closest is in Windsor, an extra half hour away so now it takes me 1 1/2 hours to get there.

Well it took 2 months to get my car fixed or repaired Because someone dropped the ball I ended up renting a car that cost 💲 538. And had to return it after 2 weeks and they hadn't even started on my car This was my first accident in 52 years with all state
