John is one of the most honest and professional people I know. As a commercial contractor myself, I had concerns about building a home, especially remotely. Lehotsky & Sons completed our home in late 2023, and he had quickly addressed any issues that ever popped up - none of which were serious. Classic bait and switch, quoted us a price then when they wrote the contract it was more than twice the quote.....got my home renovated for 40% less..

I had a very unique issue with my roof system. John Lehotsky and his team visited my home, went over the issue with me, set out a plan and went to work, under the watchful eyes of Jake Carter.
