Ive had occasional issues with Lehmer's service department but as the only GMC dealer service center in central Contra Costa County, I put up with it. I will not be doing that any longer. Last time I took my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, I quickly noticed the invoice the service advisor provided me had a much higher price than the coupon I presented him showed. DO NOT RECOMMEND I took my 2020 GMC serra for 100k check up no problems with the truck upon dropping off pick truck up and engine light flashing ..could not pull my trailer.. returned vehicle 4x for them to switch up spark plugs, and recommended there is an engine problem. They were very unprofessional about the situation, mechanics should not be working at a dealership!.. incompetent!.. Still getting run around a month later regarding repairing it..
