I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision after an accident right before Christmas. The entire team was incredibly helpful, personable, and genuinely kind. They helped coordinate my rental car (even having it delivered), kept me consistently updated, and answered all my questions along the way. I’d never been in an accident before, and I didn’t know how to navigate the repair, working with the liable party’s insurance and mine, etc. Everything was super smooth! I dropped off my car, a rental car was waiting, and I received status updates throughout the process.
