Recently, the person living behind our property cut down some trees and damaged my property - trees. My wife and I were advised to call Mr. John Hickey, master arborist, with Lehman Plant Care to assess the damage. Mr. Hickey assessed the damage and said a report containing a dollar assessment and recommendations would be forthcoming. It is now 2-1/2 months later and despite numerous phone calls, he has yet to send the promised report.
