Give me my effin refund on the Celia Cruz musical you cancelled, Nov. 16th! I’ve left a voicemail and sent several emails and no one is responding. 🤬 WTF??!!
The customer service at the box office is atrocious. I've been trying to get refunded for tickets and cant get thru. Left several messages and have yet to hear back. Not good!!! This is gonna leave a very bad reputation and alot of your patrons within the community bitter and leery about ever purchasing tixs in the future. They sold tickets to a Celia Cruz Musical and the show was cancelled.... they just had a concert! that’s false advertisement!!! And now they are not responding to giving a refund...
Highly disappointed! At 8:15 the full house is told that the musical will not be happening because of technical difficulties. However they would be having the lead actress singing a tribute of songs by Celia Cruz. If we wanted our money back we had ten minutes to go to the box office. Once there, people were given a number. The Celia Cruz show on Nov 16th was not performed as a play. The announcer gave us 10 minutes to get to the box office to get our money back. It was a mad house and no we didn't get our money back! I have been trying to contact Lehman box office and it keeps going to voice mail. Thank God I contacted my credit card company and got my money credited back by them!
