I will gave a 3 instead of a 5. I bought the VIP package for OSCAR D'LEON. The food and drinks were very good. However, I really thought that the artist was going to be available for picture ops. He was a no-show. To make matters worst, the artist basically ignored the left side of the audience where I was sitting in the third row. He walked over for less than a minute and devoted his attention to the Right Side and Center of the audience. I was quite disappointed.
