I was told that my service would be "one hour". I was finally out the door 3 hours later. I needed to be home because my kitchen was being repaired. The workers were all very friendly and helpful and put the blame on the computer uploading. I believe Ford owes me some free services for my trouble and the lost time with the kitchen repairs!
My experience was below average this time. My husband left detailed instructions on the drop off envelope with my key, including his phone number. Next day ( day of our appointment) he called 3x’s with once leaving a message regarding my car’s update. Since he didn’t receive a phone call back, I stopped in at Lehighton Ford around 2pm. I noticed my car in the same exact spot since I dropped it off the night before. Did great job. Very timely.
My truck was having some problems while I was a long way from home. The sales and service department were great and helped me out quickly and were able to get me back on the road the same day. I am very grateful for their amazing customer service and how they handled everything.
