1st time i had to call 911 for a emergency since ive lived in summit hill and i hope its the last. My husband collapsed to his knees with chest pains as well as being very dizzy and disoriented on the 2nd fl in the bathroom, I went outside to ask them to bring the stair chair and was ignored.
