My delivery person was great-very courteous and polite. He kept his cool when he realized that the warehouse sent the wrong bed. He got one of his assistants to bring the correct bed out and they had it set up in no time at all.

I use portable oxygen when away from home. Yesterday my iFill had failed and was not filling the tank. I had an early doctor appointment and didn’t get to call them until around 11 AM. Someone was out within a few hours and found that the unit needed to be replaced. It took several hours before the new machine arrived, but by about 7 PM they had a new unit filling my tanks.
