I am surprised by the good reviews. They must be very old. They have been acquired and the company that acquired them has been acquired. There is no one to talk to about issues with equipment or billing. It is now just part of a mega corporation that focuses on maximizing financial returns. Try asking a question or getting a billing error resolved. No chance. Ignore the positive reviews and run away from this shell company. It is not what it pretends to be!
