This is a great pharmacy and the employees are very nice. But if they are out of a medication and your dr sends a new script you should not go to the back of the line of orders. It isn't the patients fault that they were out of a medicine.
Very very disappointed in how I was treated at the pharmacy. I made a mistake in what type of test strips I needed for my glucose monitor. I asked if I could get the correct ones and, the woman working the counter practically scolded me telling me well we called you. Told her I’m sorry I made a mistake. She was rude and inconsiderate. The pharmacist couldn’t even come out of the back to consult for 2 seconds. The woman working the counter also proceeded to tell my I could use only my LHVN health insurance at that pharmacy.
