Front desk and nurses were nice, however Dr. Jordan seems completely incompetent. My husband hurt his shoulder and went to the ER a few days ago where they had done a whole work up on him. X-rays, physical exam … everything. Was sent here to the ortho for an exam and MRI script. Dr. Jordan who seems to have no sympathy for his patients or care for the medical field, was literally in our exam room for not even a full 60 seconds. All around great experience. Everyone i had interactions with was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional great job.
Had total hip replacement on 9-29. Before that I was walking with discomfort. Dr Smujah assured me I was in good hands. I’m now in inpatient rehab, unable to move leg, and the pain is unbearable
Doctor Henzes, has never given up on me, even though I always have something else.That's falling apart. He is kind and sweet. He makes you feel so comfortable and I don't think I would have made it this far. I've had both knees replaced. He just sent me to therapy for my 2 shoulders, which, by the way, has been amazing. My therapist, Jennifer is unbelievably awesome physical therapist, I mean beyond, and above, that's what I have found from everything.He's ever sent me to.
I am not able to give a full review on the medical services at this point because I have been stuck in the trying to get an appointment stage for over 5 weeks now. It is difficult to not be frustrated at this point as my whole purpose for being seen is an urgent second opinion. I explained the situation in detail and why I needed to be seen as soon as possible and the staff there seemed to understand.
