3/3/25 update- We did call your office to resolve the issues but you guys made them worse. We made several attempts privately before posting a bad review. Original reviews- Don’t be fooled by the guy who comes out initially. The owners son is only good part of this company. The installers didn’t follow directions and the owner was rude to me in my own home after showing up unannounced. He even asked me to stay out of the conversation about how poorly the job went. Started with treatments in June of this year and the change in our lawn is amazing! It went from weedy and thin to lush and full. Excellent communication and fabulous service. We are so excited for the spring!
Service was always done as scheduled and well done. Erin Parsell and Luke Galazin both did a great job on the service calls.
Every staff member that serviced my property was top notch and courteous. From the start Luke was the one that sold me on LVL on what they can do and their commitment to their customers.
Such a wonderful team! From the very start, communication is prompt and all Services are provided in a timely fashion. Their prices are very competitive and the services provided is of high quality. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their lawns green and healthy and spring/fall cleaning done right! So glad I found them!
