1st time I went to resize my wife's ring i felt so welcomed by the staff, Sam and jb are so understanding on what I was looking for and did a amazing job. So I just returned this week to shop for my wife's 35 years anniversary ring and Sam assisted me with a amazing setting and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of how it turned out. jb as always made it look spectacular and my wife was overwhelmed with emotion and joy. Just can't thank them enough on the great service provided by both of them. I highly recommend them.

Went there to repair a necklace and it broke in the same spot, not even a month later. The repair was weak and I felt like I lost a good link for nothing. I won’t go back there. Felt cheap and I paid too much for their repair. That didn’t last…

I love how they fix the ring. They replaced the stones very nicely and even polished it. The price was reasonable and the customer service was excellent, very kind and professional.

I had a ring resized at the Jewelry Exchange. The staff were extremely knowledge and helpful. They went over and beyond to help me get my desired outcome for my ring. I would definitely recommend and will be a return customer!
