$180 dollars to come look at a mini split, check levels and air flow. Was told “it’s working” but then to be told “call back if it isn’t working when it’s like 80 degrees again”. Okay. I called Tuesday, scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday was rescheduled during my time frame because the technician was stuck at another location. Before I was able to get ahold of Lehigh Valley HVAC Pros, I called 7 plumbing companies that claimed that they are 24/7. They all told me they couldnt come out tonight. My job required a professional touch due to the damage sustained in the shower, and I had to cut the water off. Mind you I have guest over for the weekend, I can't have my water line off for a couple days. That's just ridiculous. The technician Rob showed up and was very knowledgeable and friendly and showed me everything that he was working on, he got it fixed within a half hour, excellent service

Exceptional service from start to finish! The tech went above and beyond to fix my Air Conditioner. The gentleman was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt, explaining every step of the process. Highly recommended!!!
