Truly outstanding service. We had tried 5 other HVAC services and none of them could get to our house to fix our AC. Some were even closed for the weekend. Tony and the Lehigh HVAC team were great and had the problem resolved in a few hours. Just great people and service.

My heat randomly stopped working after calling UGI and getting no help I did a google search and they are the only people that answered the phone for an emergency call. They sent a tech Rob out after midnight. He explained everything to me and was able to give me a quote at 1am and was very apologetic that he could not fix it for me right then and there and ensured that the part would be ordered and available in the morning. $180 dollars to come look at a mini split, check levels and air flow. Was told “it’s working” but then to be told “call back if it isn’t working when it’s like 80 degrees again”. Okay. I called Tuesday, scheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday was rescheduled during my time frame because the technician was stuck at another location. Before I was able to get ahold of Lehigh Valley HVAC Pros, I called 7 plumbing companies that claimed that they are 24/7. They all told me they couldnt come out tonight. My job required a professional touch due to the damage sustained in the shower, and I had to cut the water off. Mind you I have guest over for the weekend, I can't have my water line off for a couple days. That's just ridiculous.
