My wife went in for a depression issue, and it was a true nightmare. They don't give patients water, they over medicate to the point that there dopesick, and when they tell you your on certain meds, they throw extras in without consent or notification to family or patient. Nurses are very rude, and overall this facility has wrecked more people's mental health than it has fixed. Do not go to this psych ward.
This place has absolutely disgusted me as a support person for my fiancé. You would think throughout mental health help, your supports and people helping you after you get discharged would be important! Apparently not! I asked my fiancé about visiting and he said it’s a set hour time, three times a week! For people unfamiliar with the mental health system this may seem totally acceptable, but many facilities offer much more flexible hours. I am 40 minutes away! Uncomfortable af and workers are spiteful. Don't go here! they'll try to drive you crazy by meddling you up with heavy medication that cause insomnia, forcefully and not care when they see you walking the halls all night for multiple days. (This place needs to be investigated FOR SURE it's sketchy)
My sister was being seen here. She has not gotta any of the help she really needs. The drs wont do their jobs and nwither will the social workers.
