I was highly unsatisfied with my experience with the Waves Mental Health Programs for pregnant and postpartum women. The program instructs clients to log in 15 minutes early for their appointments, which I did. I rearranged my work schedule to make sure I was not only on time, but early. However, I waited 25 minutes before the therapist logged on. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. Hey, remember me? It's Angela wilcosky! You might've heard from when I was on the kids unit. I give this hospital a 4/5 rating only because sometimes peers would give me a hard time at times, but other than that the experiences there were good. I miss Mr. Chip, Craig, Adam, Micheal, Leah, Collien, and everybody else. And tell Dr. Elawady I said hello and thanks for helping my mental health get better!!!!!
