They have you wait 40 minutes or more in the waiting area and than another 30 minutes or more once you get to the back to see a doctor. Been here three times and each time is the same it’s ridiculous. I’ve never had this issue of waiting this long at any other doctors office.

I was very disappointed when I showed up for my appointment and the physicians assistant left the building knowing I was on my way, I called and said I was going to be late, it was a very rare day where there were road closures everywhere we tried to go to get there, my normal time to get there was 24 min we traveled 1 hour and 15 min. I told them I was in extreme pain but Ashley had to leave knowing I was in route. Very unsympathetic, very unprofessional. Would obviously not recommend.

Incompetent, under-qualified, and could care less. This is just a "job" for these people as they count the minutes to get out the door. It isn't about helping others. This is bare minimum care. I have gone in the past month for three separate issues - not once have I had a pleasant experience.

First impressions are everything right well today I arrive for my appointment which was scheduled six weeks ago only to find out that the physician called off for the day. Very professional buddy It may have been an emergency, family issues ect but thank God for the lovely receptionist at the check in. She was able to reschedule me for later today which is very convenient. So she gets five stars, the dr gets one which brings this facility to 3 stars in my book. Nice building
