Rude down right rude!!! I have been with Lehigh valley hospital since I was a child. Lately I have been having nothing but issues with Lehigh valley mountain top location with rude staff and ignoring of a child.. I have spoken to the office manager multiple times now. With still having issues.. I had an apt today at 120 it was a video visit he called me demanding me to come into the office 40 mins after the video visit was supposed to start... after I told him no he got rude and hung up on me.. called back and they just want... read more
This place is awful and terrible. People at the front desk are rude and nasty. They don’t know anything about customer service. Now, I Know why they have such a terrible rating online. I came here because my job sent me here, But thanks God I will never come here for anything else. They don’t know how to talk to people or deal with people.
