Incompetent, under-qualified, and could care less. This is just a "job" for these people as they count the minutes to get out the door. It isn't about helping others. This is bare minimum care. I have gone in the past month for three separate issues - not once have I had a pleasant experience.
First impressions are everything right well today I arrive for my appointment which was scheduled six weeks ago only to find out that the physician called off for the day. Very professional buddy It may have been an emergency, family issues ect but thank God for the lovely receptionist at the check in. She was able to reschedule me for later today which is very convenient. So she gets five stars, the dr gets one which brings this facility to 3 stars in my book. Nice building

I’m a patient at Lehigh valley in carbon with my pcp which is amazing there. This location when it comes to workers compensation they are a joke. I came here on Monday for my left foot and ankle got a few X-rays and only a bandage wrapped, nothing else. My X-rays there is a bone that has a crack in it. I’m now back on a Thursday I got called back by the lady and wasn’t happy because she legit told my husband nobody can come back but you straight to me and my husbands face. I can NOT walk on my left foot or ankle. Everything ... read more
