A locked door greets potential customers. I had to call them from outside the door to find out that they were closed for lunch
They administered a PCR test on me on Monday, October 3, 2022. Today is Friday, October 7, 2022 and still no results, no text, no email, no results to my doctor. I have called six times and waited on hold for over 30 minutes and no one picks up the phone. I guess I will have to drive down and see if they are there. Called to confirm they were opened to 5, drove to site, doors were locked at 4:50 upon my arrival. Called the number on the door and the lady unfortunately couldn't get a hold of anyone at this location.
Went there to get covid tested with my wife. We knew we were positive but needed an official result to travel. Process was easy. Had an appointment, we were in and out in no time. When the results were sent to our doctors, the lab checked off that we opted out of knowing the strain we had. We never checked that box. Tried to contact them to see how to get the strain since our symptoms were really severe. They never contacted me.
