I do not recommend this shop. We brought our truck in for caliper and rotor replacement. The job took two days because they initially ordered the wrong part. After the repair, the truck wouldn’t go over 2-3 mph, and we had to return again. They replaced an unnecessary sensor, which did not fix anything. Our experienced mechanic even spoke with them to help troubleshoot, but it was clear they did not fully understand the issue or how to fix it. shop dispatcher is not professional
My experience at this shop was extremely poor. They made an incorrect diagnosis and I had to go elsewhere to have the part removed properly. The staff were unprofessional, and there was almost an argument between the employee and the manager. Additionally, they charged me for 1.5 hours of labor for a job that took only 10 minutes.
Don’t come here, they charged me 400 for a trailer airbag replacement
