I wouldnt live there, unless you like your cars broken Into, stay the hell out of the city. One of the worse places next to reading.
Place is a dump way too many rules. Manager not on site they talk about selling you anew mobile home but lehigh terrace is already over crowded and the township will not allow any more units i. There. Ask the management about that rule they will denied it.. township buildining is on top of s 4th street go ask there get the truth
Park managment is terrible. All they want to do is collect rent and piss on the Tennant's. I moved from this dump, management is near Harrisburg. Only time there in town is to take Tennant's to court for eviction. The first pic is of my old mobile home it's one of the nicer ones in the park. If you look farther down your search you will see Lehigh terrace with white fence and all nice trailers in a line.
