My track in my sunroom door cracked and the room is almost 20 years old. There were no parts to replace it. John was amazing!!!! He was able to use the track from my screen door and replace the broken track. John went over and above his responsibility to help me. I can’t say how much I appreciate his service.
Favorite room in our house. Replaced an existing outdated structure that had partial solid walls with floor to ceiling glass and we love it
We had our sunroom installed in 2019. We got water in our basement where the sunroom connected to the house. When I contacted John, he immediately said it wasn't from them. After several calls, none of which were not returned. We contacted the BBB and they finally sent over their installer. After five minutes, he said he did not see a problem. UPDATE on this review. I took Lehigh Patio Room to court and after 3 appeals, 2 years and 1 trial. An Order and Verdict was issued on January 31,2025 that Lehigh Patio Room did indeed owe me my full refund of $3,000.00. I presented evidence I have filed a Judgment against Lehigh Patio Room as of today I have not received any money from them. AGAIN walk away from this business. DO NOT give this company any deposits for any work. I spoke to the salesman Robert and gave them $3030.00 for a deposit on a patio room on the clear u... read more
The installers were very professional and respectful. The work they did looks very nice. We hope to spend much time out there.
