UPDATE on this review. I took Lehigh Patio Room to court and after 3 appeals, 2 years and 1 trial. An Order and Verdict was issued on January 31,2025 that Lehigh Patio Room did indeed owe me my full refund of $3,000.00. I presented evidence I have filed a Judgment against Lehigh Patio Room as of today I have not received any money from them. AGAIN walk away from this business. We had a sunroom installed in 2015. The outer pane of our sliding glass door spontaneously shattered on June 9th. I have called six times since then. The glass is warrantied for 50 years. I have not received one call back . You responded that it wasn’t you. Then please explain the invoice that is included in my review. I have all of the paperwork as well as your warranty. I look forward to having my door repaired.
The process to complete my sunroom was seamless. It all started with the salesperson that came out, Robert. He explained everything and gave me the different options I had. Once everything was agreed upon, it was on to the next step and I was introduced to John. John was a great person to work with from beginning to end. He kept me updated on all the steps. Now I have a beautiful sunroom for my family to enjoy! My overall experience with the process was 5-star.
