I lived here briefly and it was one of the worst living experiences I’ve had. The apartments themselves are attractive inside, but that is where the positives end. This complex is “ghetto luxury” at best. Noise was a constant issue. The walls are extremely thin, and peace or quiet is nearly impossible, especially with many loud neighbors and children. The apartment layout is spacious and well-designed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The clubhouse and gym are always clean and well taken care of. The staff here is amazing!! They're friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything that comes up. Whether it's a maintenance issue or just a quick question, they handle things quickly and with a great attitude. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON’T RENT FROM HERE! I have lived here for over 6 months now and have been faced with so many issues. The amount of rent you pay doesn't correlate with the service and residence you get. The doors in my unit turn yellow by the handles and baseboards often (photo below). I have to clean them with bleach since I am a clean freak. The filters in my apartment look like they haven't been changed in years (picture inserted below). Only thing we really miss is the apartment layout itself. First year there was great but as more buildings opened the less care they take. Neighbors are petty and childish. The pool isn't nice anymore. And lower quality people are moving in. Margee was probably the only highlight and I have zero negative to say about her.
