Our experience with the Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway was unfortunately a big disappointment. To be clear, this review isn’t about the employees or the customer service. Everyone we dealt with was fine. The problem was the overall experience and whether the ride actually delivers what you expect from a scenic railway, especially during fall foliage season.
