The receptionist for the clinic, the middle aged lady with the brown hair and brown eyes, is extremely rude and condescending. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The blonde, young receptionist was very kind and offered helpful advice to me. The other one has an air of evil surrounding her that can only be described as dark and musty
came on a sunday morning, no wait at all. all of the front desk and medical staff were great and took care of us. fastest urgent care visit ive ever done. intermountain has a really awesome financial assistance program as well that covered our entire visit even though we have no insurance!
Came in because a week ago I went to my primary care doctor with terrible pain that seemed like a UTI but didn’t have one. They referred me to urology but had to wait a month to get in. It got so bad I went to insta care hoping they would run an other test or something and try to actually help with my pain and discomfort. They took an other sample and the doctor treated me like I was stupid explaining why it is a UTI. Put me on antibiotics. Called me a few days later and told me it is in fact not a UTI.
