Came in for an emergency visit for my toddler. While we rushed to get him looked at we got held up by the front desk asking for insurance information. Felt a little strange for an emergency but I complied politely. After verifying my our insurance, they told me it would be a $100 fee with my insurance. I paid. I had to wait for over an hour on my appointment. There needs to be better appointment management so patients can get in within a reasonable time.
Rude and unhelpful receptionist. Let many walk ins ahead of us even though we had an appointment. Will be going elsewhere in the future
I usually go to the Saratoga Springs Instacare since it’s closer to me, but today I was running errands near Lehi Instacare and decided to stop by. I had a really good experience here, the staff were very helpful, and the front desk team(The lady from Samoa) especially stood out for being kind and attentive to everyone. The only thing I noticed is that they now ask for more information than before, but I believe that’s the same across all locations. It’s not a big issue, so no reason to take off a star.
Nurse Practitioner Amy is amazing. I brought my daughter in for a possible concussion. She was amazing with my daughter, informative, thorough, not rushed. So caring and helpful. Thank you Amy!
