The Mammography receptionist was Ina. She was super cheerful, thoughtful, helpful. Right away she made me want to smile, and not dwell on reason I was back for another scan. The ultrasound tech was very thorough. The mammogram tech explained why Radiologist wanted an ultrasound. Over all the staff were cheerful, friendly, competent, and thorough. I would recommend American Fork Hospital.
Dr. Babbel is wonderful and knowledgeable , I always feel safe and know that he cares for me as an individual and my health. The team at IHC has great customer service as well.
I went in for an annual physical and to get some things checked out. I’ll be interested to see what they bill my insurance because they did not do any physical evaluation. The doctor stayed probably 3 feet away from me other than feeling g the painful cyst on my finger for a brief moment to tell me to just live with the painful thing. I still haven’t gotten a call related to my hand x-ray. It was just a money grab in my opinion.
Dr. Hall is an excellent, efficient, and very thorough doctor. She sent referrals to specialists I need to see. We are new in this city and are grateful for the excellent medical professionals we have found here through recommendations of neighbors and of referrals from doctors to meet our medical needs. Great doctor, great office, great after-hours care.
Dr. Hall, nurse Adrienne and the Phlebotomy team (ryan) are caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. I am not a great patient with an intense phobia of getting labs done and needles but they do a perfect job of making sure I'm as comfortable as I can be, taking my mind off of it and making the process quick and easy. Dr. Hall listens closely, understands and validates my concerns, gives me options and supports my decisions in my Healthcare.
