They can't do anything a medical office should do! You can get Xrays, but any treatment that required a well-rounded clinical assessment needs to be referred to a specialist or a hospital, depending on the urgency! There's an explicit assumption that people come in for some opioid as they display a "We do not prescribe drugs!" type of sign. The only reason for this particular office is to generate referrals to hospitals and specialists!
Arrived around 7:20 for a simple blood draw, which never happened after waiting for 40 minutes. This clinic is a disappointment in care after another for my family care. They stand out for their below standard in care for an Intermountain’s facility. Have received much better care from competitors around the area.
The Mammography receptionist was Ina. She was super cheerful, thoughtful, helpful. Right away she made me want to smile, and not dwell on reason I was back for another scan. The ultrasound tech was very thorough. The mammogram tech explained why Radiologist wanted an ultrasound. Over all the staff were cheerful, friendly, competent, and thorough. I would recommend American Fork Hospital.
Dr. Babbel is wonderful and knowledgeable , I always feel safe and know that he cares for me as an individual and my health. The team at IHC has great customer service as well.
Dr. Hall, nurse Adrienne and the Phlebotomy team (ryan) are caring, supportive, and knowledgeable. I am not a great patient with an intense phobia of getting labs done and needles but they do a perfect job of making sure I'm as comfortable as I can be, taking my mind off of it and making the process quick and easy. Dr. Hall listens closely, understands and validates my concerns, gives me options and supports my decisions in my Healthcare.
