Horrible customer service from the woman I spoke to on the phone. I asked why my bill doubled suddenly and had questions about my meter reading, and she interrupted me saying “everyone’s bill has gone up, it’s been hot”. She didn’t explain why, or give me any solutions, just said it’s because it’s been hot. If you’re having a good day, think twice before calling Lehi city for utilities. So rude. Better off calling your ex for a favor than getting a simple utility question addressed with Lehi city. Good riddance.

Honestly....i would avoid moving or living anywhere that this power company opporates in order to not have to deal with them. I moved and was unable to cancel service for the following three days because of their opporaring hours, and then come to find out the following month that they never actually canceled my service and I was charged for 5 additional days and there is nothing that theyre willing to do to rectify the issue despite it being entirely their fault. My partner called Lehi Power concerning a billing issue and the first lady that answered was very nice and helpful. However, she had to transfer the call over to another lady and she was extremely rude. Cut off my partner while they were speaking and hung up on them without trying to resolve the issue. You guys need to hire nicer people to work on the phones. I get it can be a stressful job but come on! It takes nothing to be kind. Do better.
