I moved and made calls prior to cancel and let them know. I am now being billed two months later saying I never called and I have to pay it. Four reps I spoke to all told me different things, and told me they won’t let me talk to a manager because they will tell me the same thing. I moved from Arizona and this company has made my life a living hell over this bill. I have all the proof showing I did not live in the address at the time of the bill and they don’t care. My power was turned off due to non-payment. I was given no notice. I was thrown completely off-guard at how rude and incompetent the workers are. They were hostile and belligerent when all I wanted to do was pay my power bill. I was transferred 5+ times. Hung up on twice. Told different things by different people. One told me it was turned off for non-payment, the other told me I had no balance and I had to explain as if I spoke to a 5 year old that the power at my house was OFF.
