My partner called Lehi Power concerning a billing issue and the first lady that answered was very nice and helpful. However, she had to transfer the call over to another lady and she was extremely rude. Cut off my partner while they were speaking and hung up on them without trying to resolve the issue. You guys need to hire nicer people to work on the phones. I get it can be a stressful job but come on! It takes nothing to be kind. Do better.
Number and text don't work. No updates. Multiple power outages.
Having utilities switched over is a genuine nightmare.
I have had two different times that they turned off the wrong power supply and be living with the power off for more than half of my day and did it on a Sunday so now I have to wait till Monday
