Number and text don't work. No updates. Multiple power outages.
Having utilities switched over is a genuine nightmare.
I have had two different times that they turned off the wrong power supply and be living with the power off for more than half of my day and did it on a Sunday so now I have to wait till Monday
I moved and made calls prior to cancel and let them know. I am now being billed two months later saying I never called and I have to pay it. Four reps I spoke to all told me different things, and told me they won’t let me talk to a manager because they will tell me the same thing. I moved from Arizona and this company has made my life a living hell over this bill. I have all the proof showing I did not live in the address at the time of the bill and they don’t care.
