My home warranty company sent this company out. The tech came out on 12/1 and was here for 3 minutes. Like actually three minutes. I have his arrival and departure on my ring camera. Was not very friendly. Said he could replace the part and needed to get approval from the warrnaty company and left. The warrnatly company called and said the tech stated that we were aware of the issue prior to the policy starting because the furnace "never would have worked" in its condition? Then tried to quotes us 9100$ for a new HVAC unit.
They came out the next day and fixed the thermostat and check the air conditioner unit. Adam was very professional and cared about the problem.
