I accompanied my sister to her first appointment today. Savannah was so very nice. She warmly welcomed us and thoroughly explained the process, answering all of our questions. She was working with two trainees, who were also very pleasant to work with. I have no doubt my sister’s prostheses will be made with care. 🙂
We were extremely late for an appointment here, because our loved one has a very hard time with travel and can behave unpredictably. After an extremely hard time getting to LeGrand, I was near tears thinking we had missed our appointment and would have to do it all over again. Savanah was totally understanding and welcomed us with kindness. Her calm and efficient manner was such a gift. I can't say enough what a difference this made for us. thank you!
I highly recommend Le Grand Associates. Susan she is an ocularist With a great talent. She went over and beyond to give us the best the very first time. when my son received his new eye He kicked and smiled with joy and said “I’m back!” we have not seen him this happy in a long time after suffering from a traumatic injury.
