Estoy super decepcionado, mi reserva a nombre de masip room 233 reserve una noche en este hotel y me arrepiento porque me han hecho Pasar un muy mal rato, un hotel tan caro y que sus trabajadores no sepan hacer bien su trabajo , resulta que reserve la noche de agosto 4 Salida el 5 , y en la noche el aire dejó de funcionar, su termostato estaba apagado, imagino necesitaba cambio de baterias, informo a recepcion, estos como era ya tarde me dicen que la persona de mantenimiento no se encontraba que me cambiarian la habitacion 2... read more

The price for this room was ridiculous. The four of us were very uncomfortable. Beds were hard. No blankets. Four people with one chair in the room?? Kids room isn’t a room, at best it’s a tiny nook. Save your money. Never coming back.

We had a great time but some aspects were disappointing. The model citizens were amazing I want to especially mention Jasmine and the front desk, Leah at the water park and Griff at the valet desk they were amazing. What was disappointing was that only on the first of our 3 day stay the scavenger was done and the elevators dance party was nothing like YouTubery shared on their experiences , and the newspaper only on the first day too. Our stay at the Legoland Florida Hotel was extremely disappointing and upsetting. The staff was rude and showed clear racist behavior toward our Hispanic family, even though we are also American citizens. The issue started at the pool, where our kids were playing with Legos as expected at this hotel. Another lady got upset because our children touched the Legos her daughter was using.
