I submitted a request for someone to come and look at our roof. And Zach showed up. He was very friendly and informative. Gave us some information on our current roof and improvements that could be made to help remedy some issues we’re currently having. Shared with us a lot of info of the process and details about materials and what we could expect. Truly appreciated Zach and his time. We are so happy to get our roof replaced! Highly recommended!!!
Called to get an estimate to have a small portion of my siding replace. Representative showed up and informed me that they have a $5k minimum but he would measure and email me the quote. Provided my email and never heard back. Followed up 2 weeks later, and phone rep was apologetic and said that he would have the Rep who came to my house call me to follow up. Again… heard nothing.
