The gym deletes my review everytime probably. I donno how they do it. So I am reposting it again. They prescribe fad diet. The 6-week challenge which they offer is based on fad diet(lose 20 pounds is 6 weeks) Fad diets look nice and help you is fine for temporary measure but i gained on weight once i return to normal diet food. This gym is a big joke. 6-week challenge is fad diet(lose 20 pounds is 6 weeks) Fad diets look nice and help you temporarily ,but you put on the weight you lose .lt's not sustainable in the long run. Do not join this gym and waste your money and time. They make sure not to return money to customers. I lost the 20 pounds in the challenge but was denied to get my money back and was given lame reasons. All the company cares about is the cash.
