I’m not a client of Nico’s in the traditional sense, but I had an experience buying a vehicle from him that I wanted to share. After running into some roadblocks, Nico was incredibly helpful and steadfast in resolving them. His communication skills are top-notch, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about people. There aren’t enough weights here, the medicine balls are torn and ripped, the row machines don’t have batteries, I never want to write a bad review and I truly had high expectations, but the experience here was mediocre. I signed up for the 6 week challenge and was only handed a few pieces of paper, close to nothing, after paying $600 you would expect more. They didn’t have a body scan machine either. I have joined the 6 week chalange. Group setting, fast paced, and attentive of your needs. Basic schedule is upper, lower and full body work outs. Each a different day. Definitely addresses Cardio.
