Joining Legion in May of 2021 has been life changing. I was approaching 50 feeling pudgy and just old. Within the last year I lost 20 lbs and feel like I'm my old self again. I don't feel old! I don't feel fat! I feel strong. I did all this alongside of people just like me that always supported me even on my down days and kept me coming back daily!

I started my weight loss journey about 2 years ago. I hit a plateau and wasn’t making any progress. I decided to join legion and have been with them for a little less then a year. I feel wonderful and in the best shape I have been in in a really long time!!
Pretty disappointed with this place. I’m writing a review now because my phone knows I was there and asking to review. But I signed up and did the 6 week boot camp last summer. The classes were fun and intense and happy with them. The coaches were also friendly and motivating, but only in the classes. However no one told me what to do, I didn’t even find out until halfway through I was supposed to weigh in every week. There was no guidance on that.
