Promises lots of training and nutrition at sign up. When you start classes, you're just thrown into it. Not introduced to anyone, not helped. Current members are seemingly close but do not seem to open to welcoming new members. Not followed up with once after sign up by trainers. Really unhappy - total rip off. .
I like that it’s no nonsense classes, you come to class you do your 45 mins workout and you are ✅. I like the flexibility of the classes. And the workouts are always different, it’s something new every time. I would recommend joining legion.
