Very slow shipping, no updates saying why they are so slow to ship. shop elsewhere, if they can't ship something out in 2-3 days in this day and age then their just being scummy with your money.
This review is not concerning their products. It is about the companies follow through on getting items shipping and communication. Sad that a company that has decent products has to get a poor rating because of this. If you don't mind waiting and waiting without any communication or call back, then you will probably be fine ordering from them. As for me, no thank you. I will purchase elsewhere.
waited over a month for a 150$ cold weather fridgidwear hoodie. Never came . called multiple times but got no where's but excuses with shipping which I know is definitely a factor. But after my winter came to a end I didn't need the equipment anymore. So I had to call and get money back. and it still haded been skipped.
I placed an order for a charger for my Optimair TL back in March and about 6 weeks later I contacted Legion Safety and they had canceled the order due to corvid virus issues, No problem. I reordered the battery charger again at an additional 40.00. After 6 weeks I follow up and then I get message the item was being shipped. Great. When I get the charger, it appears I had ordered the wrong battery charger. But based on the picture they shown I had ordered the correct Battery charger.
