I walked in and asked for a polish change and fill-in on my toes with acrylic on them. I was sat and asked if I wanted gel I declined. I asked if the man could also cut down two of my toes he said and I quote “you asking for too much if you want too much you should get a pedicure”. I said no Thankyou. My wife went to this place on 8.2.2021, and got treated badly. They refused to give her the treatment that she paid 75$ for. We can't even remember the lady that did the crappy job, but they were rude and very unprofessional. The Manager was very uncoperative, and rude as well. We will not be going back to this place.
RecommendedI’ve been meaning to write a review for years now! Always a great visit! Clean, personable, even remembers my normal selections. I’m sure I drive Karen crazy with my Pinterest photos but she always does her thing.
Prices are great, service is great, you’re usually in and out within a reasonable amount of time w/ exceptional work!
They are professional and care about what they do!!! Ive been coming here since they opened and Karen is a beast on nails!!#

Karen "IS" a professional business person.....she is no frills and straight forward and blunt, she does not argue unprovoked. She will defend her salon, technicians and services against anyone who demeans without provocation. Some people will and want to cause scenes to make themselves the victim without regard to anyone around.
Would not recommend Karen is so unprofessional and would get a quick attitude with her clients and argue in front of everyone very unprofessional and she does fast work and doesn’t worry about her work or clients !
