I joined this gym for the Ju Jitsu program, do not regret one bit. The gym is big and comfortable, the coaches are great, patient and have worked me at my pace while also pushing me. I highly recommend this gym for everyone, and especially the JuJitsu classes for any woman who has been curious about trying something new! very welcoming space.
My son has been attending Jujitsu classes and working out here in between classes . It has flexible times and experienced instructors. He loves it.

I'm visiting from out of town and dropped in for a day pass. Equipment was in good shape, cleaning supplies and chalk were plentiful, and there were even great lifting platforms. Even though it doesn't have ac, there was great ventilation. I'll 100% come back next time I'm in town.
