Legion iron looks intimidating when you first walk in however I have never felt more welcome in a gym. They offer a hiit boxing class in the evenings that are taught by some of the most kind and thoughtful and knowledgeable people. Josie is such a kind person taking such time to teach you when you don’t understand. Clean gym with an abundance of equipment in great shape. My high school powerlifting team practiced here last season, and this gym has a large space with plenty of room for multiple groups/people to train. Even had a few new pieces of equipment show up during our season that enhanced our training. Great experience!
