It is a multi purpose gym and had most everything i was looking for. It has a lot of nice equipment and a lot of worn in equipment but either way it worked for me. Not necessarily a body building gym but a decent weight training gym. I like it
Welcoming gym for everyone kid & dog friendly, great environment MMA , boxing and amazing weight training equipment. They also offer self defense classes great experience and Opportunity to learn new things. Let’s not forget it’s open 24/7, no excuses for a great workout at the best gym in town.

Legion iron looks intimidating when you first walk in however I have never felt more welcome in a gym. They offer a hiit boxing class in the evenings that are taught by some of the most kind and thoughtful and knowledgeable people. Josie is such a kind person taking such time to teach you when you don’t understand. The owner Shawn welcomes all levels and is passionate about teaching women how to defend themselves and Aaron will just kick your butt everytime. I always leave feeling accomplished and strong.
