We’ve had an extremely frustrating experience trying to collect payment on an invoice that is now over six months past due and still outstanding. Whenever we reach out to accounts payable, our calls are ignored and on the rare occasion someone answers, they immediately hang up as soon as we inquire about the payment.
Terrible customer service!!!! I have been dealing with a rep trying to get dimensions of a product. This has gone on for well over a week. I keep being told they will call me back, which never happens.
