15 may, 5:32pm saw a guy (Plate T761) repeatedly swearing, honking, then tailgating another car in newtown. When the other car tried to give him way, he followed and tailgated even more. Kinda unprofessional? Made me feel really unsafe as a pedestrian. I wouldn't use this company in future.
I would definitely use again. I phoned to book a cab to the airport for later in the day. A lovely polite gentleman answered the phone. I was quoted a very reasonable price. About an hour before my booked time I rang to ask if they could come asap as we were ready to leave. Within 5-10 minutes we had the cab at the door. Clean cab & polite driver.
Had Nick in Nelson Bay, extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and a great all-rounder. Honestly felt like the old days of taxis, good service, good chat, and a driver who actually cares and enjoys the job.
I booked a trip to the airport with 3 weeks in advanced, since I'm travelling with 2 babies. They called me one hour before pick up day and time, to tell me that they didn't have any taxis for me and passed my request to 13cabs.... They said that it doesn't matter if I book with a year anticipation, the system releases the request 1 hour before pick up! Unreliable service.... NEVER AGAIN!!
Prebooked a taxi to the airport for a fixed price. They did not show up but sent a 13cab instead with our booking. They had our booking transferred to cab13 without telling us and 13cab didn’t tell us either that there is no longer a guaranteed price. The price then was no longer guaranteed and we had to pay way more.
