Over the years using Legion, it operated with honesty & reliability when ones expects it's service, however recently i was left stranded waiting for a pick up from home , Legion cab driver failed to turn up & even made up a story the Job was Completed, A complete lie!....they use a system that shows ones made a booking and if you deal with cash, it's easy for the driver to make up a Fake story that they had turned up & completed the task, so beware dealing with them.

Absolutely disgusted with this driver. A cold and rainy day, I was with my mother who is in a wheelchair and 90 years old. We approached the cab in the rain and the driver looked at my mother in the wheelchair and said the wheelchair won’t fit in the boot. Given the cab was the same model car that I own, and that many taxis use this model Toyota, and given it was not an LPG cab which may have had a large gas tank in the boot , it seemed unlikely that the wheelchair would not have fit. Just got completely cut off, over a double line by a driver who is currently appears to be taking a fare while driving in the dangerous and illegal manner. There are enough terrible drivers in Sydney that don’t have their company name planted on the side that I can’t do anything about, and apparently your company just avoids the bad rep by making it impossible to complain unless I jump through flaming hoops juggling swords.

Waited 25 mins for a taxi booking when they said it will take 6 mins. Called them the third time they asked us to use another company and it will take them 1 hour to send a cab out. What a waste of time.

Excellent overall, arrived 5 minutes early for our pickup, courteous driver, clean cab and good price for our drip to the airport. Will be booking Legion cabs again!
