I booked A Taxi the night before for an early morning trip to the station to catch a connecting interstate bus from the city . Used this company for years, then today left without booked taxi to airport. Ai chat not able to assist. Awful. Will never use again.
Pre-booked a cab at 2:30 pm on Saturday, 27 June four 5:30 pick up ! But no one turned up . Rang the company multiple times to see what was happening and they said that there was no cabs available at the time. Ended up having to book an Uber and nearly missed the show that I was supposed to be at 7:30 pm Next time I need a taxi ? I will look other options ! Like uber

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO RATING… I WOULD. On Thu(210526) I pre-booked a cab to pickup my 96yo Dad to take him from Punchbowl at 1245 for a 1400 appointment on Mon(260526). That’s 5 days advanced notice. An appointment which had been booked 2mths earlier. I emphasised to them that my Dad could not miss this appointment given the lead time required to rebook it.
