I booked a trip to the airport with 3 weeks in advanced, since I'm travelling with 2 babies. They called me one hour before pick up day and time, to tell me that they didn't have any taxis for me and passed my request to 13cabs.... They said that it doesn't matter if I book with a year anticipation, the system releases the request 1 hour before pick up! Unreliable service.... NEVER AGAIN!!
Prebooked a taxi to the airport for a fixed price. They did not show up but sent a 13cab instead with our booking. They had our booking transferred to cab13 without telling us and 13cab didn’t tell us either that there is no longer a guaranteed price. Precooked a taxi for a certain price. Did not show up but sent a 13cab instead with our booking. They had our booking transferred to cab13 without telling us. Ripped us off, never turned on the meter which I didn't notice. Then quoted $67 when the estimates on the website when I booked were $25-$35. Driver also made a wrong turn which added 10 minutes to the trip and tried to charge extra for it! I left a complaint with them via their online form and heard nothing but did get an automated email from them asking that I leave a review. So here it is! I'm done giving taxis a chance. Stick with Uber!
Contacted Legion to report a dishonest driver. Never had a response but was requested to leave a review about their service quality.
