Had a massive shower leak on the 2nd floor of the house that required me to open up a large hole in my kitchen ceiling. Was referred to Rich by my plumber and he did not disappoint. He came out the same day I called and sent me a quote quickly - which was extremely fair. He sent me a detailed list of which tile, grout, and shower sill I needed to buy (including quantities, dimensions, sq ft, etc.) and was quick to answer any questions I had.
