I had my first visit today and Dr Leggiero was awesome. He spent plenty of time with me getting to know my medical history and answering my questions. I am very happy I chose him to be my new PCP.
He’s great, absolutely love April, Very compassionate and they listen to your concerns and or complaints..All the nurses are friendly and welcoming
cant say enough good about dr leggiero & practice. wish there was space to leave longer review to detail all the ways they go above and beyond. also love that its a family practice so myself, husband, & kids all see same docs. took a long time to find a dr that im happy with but he has exceeded expectations. appts never rushed & they really get to know their patients, never judgmental, always spot on with diagnoses & treatment. 5 stars for the physicians asst, nurses, & office staff as well
After more than 20 years, without notice I was released because I need pain management. I still wanted to stay with Dr. Leggiero for basics, and was basically told to hit the road. After many years, recommending many people and taking my entire family there, it is discouraging to receive no notice at all. They SWEAR they sent me a letter a few weeks prior, which I never received. The office staff always has been rude and difficult, but the dr. and nurses were wonderful. Very disappointing
Dr Leggiero has taken excellent care of my family for 20 years. Everyone is always warm and welcoming.
I went here for 20 years and recently left as his staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They didn't like my new insurance so they refused to run it though I gave the information to them seveal times and straight out all called me a liar when I they called later still seeking out payment. I don't know how they manage to keep any patients. I have a much longer list of complaints but there isn't nearly enough room here.
The Doctors in this practice are good, but it's the general office environment that is horrible. The staff from the receptionist to the senior nurse are deplorable in the way they speak to patients. What is discouraging is even when you bring this to management's attention they do not care. These staff members are in the wrong business
My appointment with Dr. Leggiero was great. He spent a lot of time going over everything with me and made me feel very comfortable by helping me understand everything. Also the nurses there are fantastic. I had a blood test done and i felt nothing. She had an angels touch. I am glad that I came here and that i have now found a new general physician.
Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. My son had a high fever and they would not even see him, I asked just to see him because I am so concerned that he had a high fever and they said no we are booked up .
