Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. My son had a high fever and they would not even see him, I asked just to see him because I am so concerned that he had a high fever and they said no we are booked up . Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Was this family doctor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Our family has been very happy with Dr. Leggiero. His is kind, understanding and spends a good deal of time with you to make sure he understands everything. He is accurate all the time. His nurses are friendly and helpful. Dealing with his staff is another thing alltogether. They get upset and aggressive if you owe $15.00 and your appointment is in one week. They are not very friendly. They don't have a good grasp on the insurance concept. The overall feeling of the office is that they would much rather not be there. We put ... read more

He hit the nerve in my finger while attempting to numb it. He caused damage to my hand so it does not function as it did before he worked on me. He is rude and would not give the name of his insurance company. Maybe he is afraid to do so because he may have had other malpractice suits and his carrier would drop him. If he was the last doctor on the planet I would not go to him.
