AVOID AVOID AVOID. You have been warned. Their remote controls are known to break and without the remote, the beds are useless. Just like their support... "useless"! They will not offer any reasonable solutions for getting a new remote since all the electronics under the bed are now considered "obsolete". I bought TWO of these stupid S-Cape beds and they are of no use without a functioning remote. They want me to pay about $200 for each bed, flip the bed over and change all the electronics myself. 6 month warranty on bed frame motor.....lol, what a joke. They evidently don't believe their product will last. Site won't even allow me to register but why bother......6 months is nothing.

Buyer beware. I spent thousands of dollars on a Leggett & Platt adjustable bed base that works less than half the time. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue, but I've received nothing but stonewalling and runaround. Biggest purchase regret of my life.
