Buyer beware. I spent thousands of dollars on a Leggett & Platt adjustable bed base that works less than half the time. I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue, but I've received nothing but stonewalling and runaround. Biggest purchase regret of my life.
Called due to my bed frame breaking, after I called I didn't hear back for a week apparently the person I called didn't file my claim and no one in management seen the photos they made me take of a continuing issue they knew existed, they finally told me I'd get my frame in 2 weeks, called at the two week mark, they hadn't sent my base out yet because information was missing, yet no one took time out of their day to call me I will be calling corporate and the company I bought my bed/frame from to file a formal complain Was o... read more
