Place sucks picking up loads. Everytime I have came here it’s either “ load should be ready in 30min” or “ we’ll start loading you now” and end up still waiting 2+ hours without even starting. Unbelievable.

I worked there a few years back, I loved the job and even tried to suffer with my severe carpal tunnel, they took such good care of me and everyone there, still my favorite job here, just waiting on hand surgery, I'll go back and retire from there if I can. Yes you may work overtime however you also get awesome insurance and incentive pay, so what's the complaint? I don't get it, I loved it there and my boss was the best he faught hard to keep me, I pointed out due to my hands, that's my fault not there's by any means.
