Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance only to arrive at the dealership for my appointment and being told the parts needed for my repair were not ordered and they take 6 weeks to arrive. How difficult would it have been for a phone call to inform your customer. Wasted a day off work and a trip to the dealership. Very poor customer service.
