I received Horizons full surety bond June of 2025. It won’t cover the wrongs and damages caused to my home & property by Horizon Homes incompetence & deception. I purchased my home Oct 2023, signed only contract Nov 2023, promised delivery by Christmas 2023. Horizon didn’t order my home until end of March 2024, after I found out from builder of my 700 sq ft home that Horizon wasn’t allocated with them nor had they ever ordered a home from them. Went with good friend. Lots to see but not enough selection of smaller places. The one salesman was really present, frank and clearly answered our gazillion questions. The one thing (all local NE TN) shops like this do is advertise that they could help you find land... It's not really true...I mean they can if you have 60 grand to spend on a third of an acre. Anyway, not fancy, better place way more willing to give you a written estimate than any of the other places we were around with him.
Very friendly staff and helpful with any questions or issues that may come up, purchased a new single wide from them. They got it setup in a very timely manner and did a great job with everything to do with the purchase, Chris and staff are the go to place when looking at buying a single/double wide home. Highly recommend them!!
