Victoria Gutierrez in the billing department ignores my phone calls every day. As a result, I’m unable to get reimbursed for the surgery that I paid for out of pocket.
Hospital is great. Billing department is awful. I've sent letters, left voicemails, and had phone calls regarding a misquoted medical procedure and a refund that is due. I've been told it's "under review", but it's now 9 months after my procedure without an update.

had a wonderful experience here when i had surgery back in november! all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful and it was a very efficient process:)
We had a really good experience, the nurse team care was amazing ( preOp Shannon- postOp Peggy), the Dr Larson (anesthesiologist) and Paola - NP was really kind and explained everything and Dr Tessier did great job, all the team outstanding! Thank you so much for helping us.
