had a wonderful experience here when i had surgery back in november! all of the staff were extremely kind and helpful and it was a very efficient process:)
We had a really good experience, the nurse team care was amazing ( preOp Shannon- postOp Peggy), the Dr Larson (anesthesiologist) and Paola - NP was really kind and explained everything and Dr Tessier did great job, all the team outstanding! Thank you so much for helping us.
I have had several procedures here and have always been treated like a real person and not just another patient❣️Dr hale and everyone at this center is amazing
We have frequent fire miles here! This would be my husband’s fifth time visiting this hospital for some sort of procedure! The staff remembers us it’s too funny! So naturally we feel like family when we come to visit. I know he is in good hands and well taken care of. I mean we literally had to spend NYE 2024 in the hospital until the next year! lol they were so kind. Made us feel at home and even made me a bed next to him since they are so nice. It was a pleasant experience despite the circumstances.
Many time patient, staff has been wonderful everytime! Billing department is another story. I have been unable to get a $1000+ refund due me for months. Multiple calls with no response from decision makers. I keep getting told that it is under review. In my opinion this is their business plan to keep "your" money for as long as they can!
